Since August 8, 2025, our exclusive Parnassus Arts Productions artist, Dennis Orellana, sopranist, has been singing the role of Irina in the new production Three Sisters (opera in three sequences by Peter Eötvös) at the world-renowned Salzburg Festival 2025. Directed by Evgeny Titov and musically led by Maxime Pascal and Alphonse Cemin, the final two performances of Three Sisters with Dennis Orellana are scheduled for August 21 and 24, 2025, at the Salzburg Felsenreitschule.
Following Salzburg, Dennis will give solo concerts in Beijing, Pleß (Pszczyna), and Duisburg.
Further major and important role debuts will follow:
• Dennis will sing the title role in Ciro as part of the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino in October 2025 at the Teatro Goldoni.
• From the end of November 2025, Dennis will take on the role of Cleopatra in Handel’s Giulio Cesare at Deutsche Oper am Rhein.
• As part of the International Handel Festival in Karlsruhe, Dennis will appear as Meleagro in Handel’s Atalanta in Karlsruhe.
• He will make his role debut as Poro in Vinci’s Alessandro nell’Indie in April 2026 at the Musiktheater an der Wien.
