George Petrou is the new artistic director at the Händel-Festspiele Göttingen

Today is premiere day in Göttingen!
For his first season as artistic director of the Internationale Händel-Festspiele Göttingen, George Petrou brings a new production of Handel’s GIULIO CESARE for which he will also wear the caps of stage director and conductor. Around him an exceptional cast including Parnassus’ artists Yuriy Mynenko (Guilio Cesare), Sophie Junker (Cleopatra) and Nicholas Tamagna (Tolomeo).
Performances scheduled on 13, 15, 16, 18, 21 and 22 May 2022. All the best to all taking part!
