Orlando Furioso and Cajo Fabricio in June 2021

16.06.2021

Finally, the Operas of Parnassus Arts Productions start to tour again! We are pleased to present two of our operas in June 2021. On June 17, 2021, we will be guest at the Teatro Real in Madrid with a concert performance of Vivaldi's ORLANDO FURIOSO with a stellar cast. Max Emanuel Cencic will sing the title role. George Petrou conducts his orchestra, Armonia Atenea. We also look forward to Julia Lezhneva (Angelica), Ruxandra Donose (Alcina), David DQ Lee (Ruggiero), Jess Dandy (Bradamante), Philipp Mathmann (Medoro) and Pavel Kudinov (Astolfo)! The concert will be broadcast on Spanish radio at a later date.

At the end of June 2021 we will present CAJO FABRICIO, an opera by Johann Adolf Hasse, a new concert production of an unknown jewel that has not been heard for centuries. "Cajo" will be performed by a great cast on June 26, 2021 in the ruins of the Victoria Theater in Gliwice as part of the All’Improvviso Festival and on June 28, 2021 in the Theater an der Wien. Max Emanuel Cencic sings the title role. Martyna Pastuszka conducts her orchestra, {oh!} Orkiestra Historyczna! We also look forward to hear Nian Wang (Pirro), Suzanne Jerosme (Sestia), Emmanuelle De Negri (Bircenna), Nicholas Tamagna (Turio), Stefan Sbonnik (Cinea) and Bruno de Sa (Volusio)!

Should you happen to be in Madrid for Orlando Furioso or in Gliwice or Vienna for Cajo Fabricio, we hope to see you.
