Yuriy Mynenko as Polinesso in Handel's Ariodante

Parnassus Arts Productions exclusive artist Yuriy Mynenko is currently performing the role of villain Polinesso in Handel's opera Ariodante. Yuriy has performed the past few weeks, under the baton of M° Marc Minkowski and his orchestra Les Musiciens du Louvre at the MC2 in Grenoble, the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, the Köln Philharmonie in Cologne and at the Radio France in Paris. The remaining concerts are scheduled for 28 and 30 November at the Auditorium Bordeaux and on 2 December at the Halle aux grains in Toulouse.
During the winter of 2019/20, Yuriy Mynenko will be working in Moscow. On 20th December 2019 he will sing Cupid in Venus and Adonis at the Pushkin Museum. Yuriy will then turn to the world-famous Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow where he will perform Nezhata in a new production of the opera Sadko. Première is on 15th February 2020 and performances will continue in February and May 2020. After covering Nerone in Agrippina at Covent Garden in September 2019, Yuriy will be back in London as Apollo in Death in Venice at the Barbican Center in April 2020 and at the HNK Zagreb in June 2020.
Further performances scheduled with Yuriy Mynenko in 2020 are at the Handel Festival Göttingen, the Tchaikovsky Hall in Moscow, the Baroque Opera Festival in Bayreuth, the Paris Opera Bastille, among others.
